Customer needs and challenges: When fuel vehicles (with residual fuel in the tank) and new energy vehicles are shipped in the same container, there are differences in loading attributes and compliance management requirements between the two types of vehicles. If the loading sequence and isolation method are improper, there are not only safety risks, but also the possibility of rejection of loading and full container rework due to non-compliance with the shipping company's loading specifications, resulting in delays in shipping schedules and additional costs. Scheme customization: Develop a special loading plan based on the vehicle model, quantity, and cabinet type, clarifying the loading sequence of "fuel vehicles installed first, new energy vehicles installed later"; 2. Physical isolation: Install isolation barriers between fuel vehicles and new energy vehicles to achieve effective partitioning within the same cabinet, preventing collisions and risk transmission; 3. Standardized operation: Strictly follow the loading regulations for dangerous goods vehicles during container loading, supervise the loading process on-site and keep video records to ensure traceability of the process and verification of the results. Project achievements: The customer's fuel vehicle and new energy vehicle were loaded in the same container and passed the shipping company's review, and were successfully loaded and shipped without any refusal, rework, or transportation abnormalities.
